Not the Obvious Bird
A deeper look into the un-noticed and unseen. I first noticed the beauty of the fresh broken branch amongst the grey mono-toned surrounding thicket of other branches. Photographing it, a woman walked us and asked if I was taking picture of the birds. I answered, "No, there's this broken branch and....." She turned and walked away. Wasn't the shiniest ornament on the tree, but nevertheless held its beauty if you cared to look and see.
